Purchasing process

How do I place an order?

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Click “Checkout” and enter your shipping details.
  3. Select a shipping method.
  4. Choose your payment option (credit/debit card, Klarna, or PayPal).
  5. Complete your payment and submit your order.
  6. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes! To request an invoice, please email us at support.us@sarellysarelly.com with the following information:

  • Your full billing details
  • Your order number

Please note: Invoices must be requested within the same month as your purchase.

What if an item is sold out?

If an item is sold out, you can click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to receive an email as soon as it’s restocked.

We produce limited quantities to avoid overproduction and restock popular items frequently. However, please note that limited-edition releases may not be restocked.

Order & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You'll see the exact fee before confirming your order.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Currently, in-store pickup is not available for U.S. orders. Please check our Store Locator for retail availability near you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is confirmed:

  • In-stock items ship within 2 business days from our workshop.
  • Delivery time starts once the package is scanned by the carrier (USPS or DHL).

We do our best to ship all orders on time. However, once an order leaves our facility, we rely on third-party carriers (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your package.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. While we are not responsible for these delays, we are happy to help track your package and contact the carrier on your behalf.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us. In accordance with consumer protection laws, you may be eligible for a refund if your item is not delivered within the promised timeframe and you choose to cancel the order.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes — but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

To request a change, please email us at support.us@sarellysarelly.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • U.S. orders: Shipped via USPS or DHL
  • International orders: Shipped via DHL

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide!

Shipping rates vary depending on your destination and ZIP/postal code. The final shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

Possibly. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees depend on your country’s regulations and the total value of your order.

SARELLY is not responsible for any additional charges collected at the time of delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.

Exchanges, Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes — if you change your mind, you can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. Please email us at support.us@sarellysarelly.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

Can I return or exchange my SARELLY accessory or garment?

Yes! You can initiate a return or exchange at: sarellysarelly.us@sarellysarelly.com. We offer replacements or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags.
  • Return or exchange request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • In exceptional cases, we may accept returns after 30 days; in such cases, we will issue store credit only, excluding shipping costs (which are non-refundable).

Please Note:

  • Please contact us before sending any item back — returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • We do not cover return shipping for items returned due to personal reasons or change of mind. If your return is approved due to a quality issue, we may cover return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot issue credit for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Items” to avoid extra customs charges. SARELLY is not responsible for customs duties or return-related fees.

Note: If your item has not been delivered within the promised timeframe and you choose to cancel your order, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.

When will I receive my exchanged items?

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection:

  • Exchanges are processed within 5 business days, assuming the item is in stock.
  • If the replacement item is not in stock, you will receive an estimated fulfillment date.
  • Standard shipping time begins once the exchange is shipped.

If there are issues—such as size/color unavailable or item failing inspection—you will be notified immediately via email.

At SARELLY, we are proud to be developing makeup lines manufactured in Mexico, crafted to meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Additionally, some of our makeup products are sourced from Italy and Germany, countries globally recognized for their excellence in beauty care and rigorous quality controls.

Ingredient Safety & Skin Concerns

While our ingredients are skin-friendly, every individual has a unique skin profile. We recommend doing a patch test on your wrist before first face-use, just as you would with any dermatological product.

Vegan, Cruelty‑Free & Clean Formulation

All SARELLY makeup products are vegan and cruelty-free — no animal-derived ingredients, no animal testing.

We are in the process of obtaining PETA certification (requires one year of operations).

We follow clean beauty criteria similar to the “Clean at Sephora” standard:

  • Free from: parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, paraffins, PEGs, silicones, BHA, acrylics, metals, formaldehyde, sulfates, TEA, talc, gluten, and more.
  • Fragrance use is max 1% or none.
  • Transparent ingredient listing and natural preservative systems.
  • All products undergo rigorous testing and safety protocols.

Product Testing & Quality Assurance

To ensure the highest standards of safety, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance, all of our products undergo rigorous testing throughout the development and production process, including:

  • Stability tests to ensure formula remains safe and effective under different conditions.
  • Microbiological tests to confirm consistency from lab batches to mass production.
  • Compatibility tests to ensure packaging materials are safe and non-toxic.

Products are approved under COFEPRIS regulatory standards for legal marketing and public health compliance in Mexico.

Microplastics & Eco-Conscious Formulation (e.g. Gloss + Shimmer y Glitter)

We’re dedicated to developing high-quality, safe products that align with evolving environmental standards. The European Union recently banned intentionally added microplastics smaller than 5 mm—a regulation we fully support.

  • Our Day to Night Gloss + Shimmer is microplastic-free.
  • Our Cherry on Top Glitter is not yet a bio-glitter, but it is safe for use around the eyes and approved for sale under COFEPRIS regulations in Mexico.

We are actively working on a bio-glitter alternative that replicates the sparkle of traditional glitter without harming the environment.

What materials does SARELLY use?

One of our core commitments is to offer high-quality, locally made products crafted from innovative and sustainable materials that meet international environmental standards.

We were among the first brands to launch a handbag made from 100% organic cactus leather by Desserto®, a groundbreaking material developed by our Mexican partner. All our bags are made using animal-free alternatives such as cactus leather, vegan leather, recycled nylon, and cotton twill.

Our eyewear is made from recyclable bioplastic, combining style with sustainability.

Where are SARELLY fashion accessories made?

As a proudly Mexico-based brand, our vegan leather bags and accessories are handcrafted in a specialized leather workshop in Mexico City. Most of our clothing, jewelry, and other fashion pieces are also created by skilled artisans across Mexico.

A small percentage of items — such as eyewear, some small accessories or specific hardware — may be sourced from other countries to ensure the highest quality while maintaining fair pricing.

How should I care for my product?

My order arrived incomplete or damaged—what should I do?

You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order so we can investigate and offer a resolution.
